Role Summary
The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for providing great customer experience through front line support to associates, leaders, retirees, and others who contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team via myHR, phone, or e-mail. The specialist utilizes available systems and resources such as Workday, myHR knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and partnering with internal teams to answer common questions and resolves issues. In addition, the specialist will be responsible for assigned offline duties and ad-hoc projects in support of execution of HR Programs, policies, and procedures. This role is an HR Operations role, where providing timely accurate responses is critical and performance is measured by the quality of the response, the management of service level agreements and employee satisfaction. Requires full proficiency gained through on the job training and acquired through working in the role to perform a range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
As directed, collects data required for the completion of HR advisory reporting activities, historical analyses, or long-term forecasts. May perform basic analyses to support program development.
Performs basic reviews/inspections of compiled data/information to ensure compliance with standards in place.
Leads the gathering of information and compilation of employee feedback to assist more senior staff, professionals, and management in identifying trends and areas of opportunity within HR programs.
Contributes to the development of communication materials to support associate education and engagement in HR programs. May independently develop first drafts of basic materials/collateral for senior colleague review.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
3+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate the customer as needed
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
Critical thinking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-starting, and multi-tasking abilities necessary
Flexible, reliable, prompt, and high level of work ethic
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Base salary range for the primary location of:
Colorado Springs, COPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance. Salary range disclosure as required by sb1162 when hiring in California, sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado, and S9427A when hiring in New York.
