Purpose:
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will manage and oversee creative development, UX, enhancements, budgets, and strategy for Genesis and Genesis House websites. They will also oversee performance and reporting of all T1 Genesis website properties and provide consumer behavior-led recommendations to continually improve and optimize websites.
Major Responsibilities:
~ Oversee content and planning for Genesis.com and GenesisHouse.com.
~ Oversee and provides insights and reporting for all digital analytics and KPIs for both websites.
~ Ensure website creative and graphical assets are aligned with Genesis Brand voice, identity and are in alignment with brand style guide.
~ Oversee model year change overs, new model launches, events, and special promotions.
~ Develop and effectively communicate project proposals to enhance digital marketing process and online experiences to company leadership to gain executive support.
~ Partner with CRM, Social and Digital marketing leadership team to develop a cohesive digital customer journey experience.
~ Review and approve agency and vendor estimates, briefs, business requirements, contracts, and SOWs for digital related projects.
~ Oversee the relationship with agency and vendors to ensure delivery dates and deadlines are met, as well as prioritize projects and timelines based on business needs.
~ Maintain a thorough understanding of website production budgets, resourcing plans and annual strategic vision for Genesis and Genesis House.
Authority:
~ Signature authority on PRs, POs based on Finance matrix.
~ Budget management.
~ RFP and vendor selection.
~ Supervision of direct reports.
Education:
~ Bachelor's degree preferred
~ Master's degree a plus
Related Experience:
~ Eight years of Marketing/Advertising experience with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
~ At least three years of experience within automotive industry desired.
~ Experience managing consumer-facing brand websites preferred; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
~ Agency experience a plus.
~ Supervisory experience required.
~ Luxury experience preferred.

~ Ability to problem solve, make recommendations, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within a team.
~ Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
~ Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels.
~ Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
~ Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to create executive level presentations.
Physical Requirements:
~ Normal Office Duties.
~ Must be able to travel occasionally.
