At Hearst Magazines Digital Media you will join a diverse, supportive community of designers creating new experiences in digital media. You will collaborate with brand creatives, program managers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders to develop customer experiences for a large publishing organization. You work will be utilized across a wide network of magazine brands including Cosmopolitan, Oprah Magazine, ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, Women's Health, Men's Health, Runner's World, House Beautiful and many more. You will have the opportunity to design solutions for both consumers and business users.
Responsibilities:
• Paywall experience for premium digital content
• User registration and account management
• Subscription services
• Email template design
• Storefronts/eCommerce products
• Consumer offers and related features on our robust Media OS platform
• User research for cx products

• Possesses powerful communication skills

• Takes a LEAN approach to design and prototyping

• Owns their work from concept to live production
Requirements:
• 3+ years designing for web or mobile products with a focus on customer experience or media.
• Current hands-on knowledge of front-end coding languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with SCSS, front-end design systems, Git workflows, and responsive design principles
• A expert eye for visual design
• Portfolio of live digital work showcasing your skill and approach to digital product design
Bonus points:
