Outreach and Recruiting Coordinator (Business Management Analyst) - R&S (Finance)
About the Role
The outreach and recruiting coordinator (BMA) will join a team of analysts in the Administration section responsible for providing management support and outreach and recruiting support to staff in the Division of Research and Statistics (R&S). In addition to outreach and recruiting, the R&S Administration section also handles other major programs and work to include managing the division's budget, compensation and promotions, performance management, travel, training, and new employee orientation programs.
The BMA's outreach and recruiting responsibilities involve coordination and management across a portfolio of items in the Economics Outreach at the Federal Reserve Board program, engaging with internal and external groups, to ensure the integrity of outreach initiatives and providing excellent customer service in outreach engagements to create diverse candidate pools for the intern, research assistant, and economist positions. The administrative responsibilities include operational support of recruiting seasons and ad hoc projects and work to support other areas, such as promotion processes and training & onboarding initiatives.
