Human Resources Coordinator (Human Resources)
Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities
Operates, maintains and troubleshoots the employee identification badge system.
Enters data into the HRIS including new employee information as well as education and training. Maintains data base/spreadsheet applications. Uploads employee data to the HRIS program.
Maintains personnel files. Maintains various spreadsheets and assists with special projects.
Assists Recruiters with sorting through resumes of applicants, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates on positions they applied for and/or interviewed; conducts reference checks.
Assists employees by answering routine questions.
Completes employment verifications.
Follows-up with and processes Leave of Absence paperwork.
Assists with coordinating awards and recognition programs including the Service Awards, Caring Awards, and annual employee recognition event.
All other duties not specifically assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) to Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in field or profession preferred. Prior Human Resources experience required.
