Regional Food And Beverage HR Manager (Food Services)
Essential Responsibilities:
Model and promote organizational values
Guide, train, and direct business partners and associates on the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Conduct effective ER investigations, analyze organizational health issues, and work in partnership with the Business Leaders and Human Resources representatives to develop and execute plans to address problem areas
Support HR/ER strategy/process for open door related concerns
Support effective recruiting in the local markets, by leading and sharing best practices to identify strong performers for open positions in each location.
Ensuring an effective onboarding process is consistently applied in all Locations.
Act as a trusted resource to managers and associates on a wide variety of human resource topics and guide leaders, HR representatives and associates to people, tools, and resources.
Assist in implementing the organization's performance management process through coaching, educating, and providing feedback
Proactively provide HR team with support as needed on key initiatives
Perform additional duties, projects, etc. as necessary
Required Skills
Demonstrated track record of HR related, and improved measureable results
Excellent facilitation, written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach others, with appropriate self-confidence and presence
Excellent prioritization, time management, organizational and follow up skills
Ability to maximize partnerships by successfully leveraging other functions as necessary
Think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Able to excel in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent customer service skills including an ability to be empathetic when appropriate.
Strong problem solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative.
Experience within a unionized environment an asset.
Education / Experience
College degree preferred, with an emphasis in Human Resources
2-3 years generalist experience in Human Resources in a multi-location environment, preferably in the Food and Beverage Environment.
First hand responsibility for and exposure to recruitment, benefits, training, employee relations, and performance management
Familiar with federal, state and local labor regulations
Flexibility to travel and work according to the needs of the business.
