Senior Revenue Manager (Finance)
Lead pricing strategy for 600-1,000 vacation rental units across multiple brands and markets
Monitor and adjust rates, booking policies, and stay restrictions to maximize revenue
Use pricing tools, market data, and BI platforms to make revenue-optimizing decisions
Manage all revenue levers: rates, channel mix, listing content, fees, promotions, and policies
Identify trends, pacing gaps, and demand shifts through detailed performance analysis
Forecast and report revenue performance to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with Brand GMs, Regional VPs, marketing, operations, and homeowner success teams
Clearly communicate pricing decisions and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to SOP development and process improvements for revenue management
Mentor junior team members and support M&A integration of new portfolios
