Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) is a key business unit within Honeywell International Inc., providing automation and control technologies for various industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, and manufacturing. HPS focuses on enhancing the efficiency, safety, and reliability of industrial processes.

ROLE

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Pricing Professional for the Projects and Services businesses within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). This is a highly visible role responsible for supporting the price impact and growth of the HPS.

You will report directly to our Pricing Director and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location. In this role, you will impact the company's financial success and competitive advantage in the market by effectively managing pricing models and initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape will enable the organization to make informed pricing decisions and capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, your leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment and drive the achievement of business objectives. Overall, your role will play a crucial part in shaping the company's pricing strategy and driving its financial performance.

This role requires a broad understanding of the global Projects and Services businesses and the ability to define and drive pricing initiatives to increase our price capture across the business including strong price reporting abilities. The successful candidate will manage price initiatives from start to finish while working with cross-functional team members including Vertical leaders, Finance, Offering Managers, Sales, and IT to define programs, perform analysis, and drive implementation of price improvement opportunities.As the Pricing Professional at Honeywell, you will analyze market trends, work with cross-functional teams, and provide pricing recommendations to maximize revenue generation and improve profitability.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant pricing experience

  • Demonstrated executive-level experience in data management, financial analysis, IT/digital tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them.
  • Price management tools experience preferred: PROS software, Deal Desk, Tableau-based tools.
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, Siebel databases, SAP, and Business Intelligence.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple sites/time zones; ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance.
  • Proactive and proficient communicator with good listening skills.
  • Logical thinking ability with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive HPS Pricing Strategy and program deployment to deliver on PAS AOP Price Impact target.
  • Establish and deploy HPS Project Pricing strategies, policies and processes aligned to HPS level strategies.
  • Drive and support Value pricing projects for new and existing products including estimating value delivered versus that of competition and determining customer willingness-to-pay.
  • Implement pricing analytics (methodology and tools) to support targeted outcomes. Support CPQ utilization in HPS and mine CPQ data for pricing insights.
  • Manage HPS annual price evaluation process and escalation implementation activities.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and communication of pricing strategy, deployments and progress across HPS.
  • Work with PAS and LSS business to determine market, industry and competitive price trends.
