Youth Programs Coordinator (Finance)
Make decisions regarding youth development programs
Evaluate and supervise Youth Programs staff
Hold periodic Youth Programs staff meetings to review procedures, policies, department changes, etc.
Handle all issues and injuries in youth programs; complete and submit proper documentation
Train new staff on policies and procedures
Ensure staff is following and maintaining proper policies & procedures
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by the Youth Program Director and/or the General Manager
Youth Development Programs
Organize youth development programs and classes
Organize and update rosters and binders
Create and maintain curriculums for classes
Collect payments for youth programs prior to start of program
Evaluate and make changes to improve each program
Provide quality guest service for youth programs and other guests
Schedule, organize, staff and direct youth programs
Hold monthly staff /team building meetings
Communicate with parents and staff regarding upcoming events and programs
Maintain Youth Program budget
General
Order supplies and equipment when necessary and within budgeting requirements
Create and maintain new youth development programs with Youth Program Director
Reach out to potential vendors for new programs with the Youth Program Director
Create invoices for vendor programs
Attend marketing events as required
Reach out to local organizations such as daycares and churches to expand class offerings
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise employees in the following categories: Lil' Kickers, Skills Institute, Lil' Tackers, Lil' Sluggers, Lil' Flyers, Lil' Monster Ballers, Lil' Laxers, and other new programs
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these classes.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the the property's policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws or guidelines.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Must maintain appropriate records for tracking coaching time for incentive program.
Must reconcile and award for retention in a timely manner.
