Senior Developer (Project Management)

Sierra7 is seeking a Senior Developer!

Position responsibilities:
Assist in a leadership capacity and work with the VBECS team to accomplish required taskingsAttend all meetings to capture change requests and provide inputs when requiredWork with internal and external stakeholders to determine development and business needsCoordinate with VA leadership, developers, and analysts to provide insight into business rules of the applicationsWork with Engineers to debug and correct code errorsCreate and maintain the formal design and interface control documentation as requiredRequirements management and analysis using Azure DevOPS and other VA specified toolsTranslate user requirements, into simplified, well-organized user stories accompanied by clearly defined acceptance criteriaUse expertise with FDA medical device software to interpret business requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and help manage project scope, product acceptance, installation, and production deploymentManages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary.Participate in the requirements definition process to better understand the customer needsEnsure team follows established team-developed coding and software tools standardsAnalyze areas for process improvement and identify technical solutions
