Who we are looking for?
We are seeking an energetic, organized, proactive and conscientious professional to support various administrative and project-related business operations at our Southern California offices. As an administrative professional at Woodard & Curran, your role is one of the most critical. Although much of your work takes place behind the scenes, you are the nuts and bolts that hold our projects together. Your work directly impacts the engineers and Project Mangers you are supporting, and through this team effort, you are all responsible for delivering stellar results that have a positive impact not only with our clients but within Woodard & Curran and your community as well. Woodard & Curran's primary focus is on projects that help keep our environment clean and safe. As a project administrative assistant, you can take pride in knowing that you played a part in helping a project come to completion that will continue to keep our communities a great place to live and work.
What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?
The major focus of this position will be to provide project administration and office support for project managers (PMs), scientists, and engineers in our three Bay Area offices. Performs administrative and support on project delivery activities for project managers and project teams on multiple projects simultaneously. Performs administrative tasks such as formatting, proofing, editing, copying, and binding documents that require coordination and ensuring that all documents conform to W&C standards.
