The PGIM Private Capital (PPC) Information Technology & Services team supports PGIM Private Capital with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes and reporting. We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a Business Analyst / Project Management support role on this team. You will showcase your success through collaboration and innovation. This position supports the annual delivery of projects on the IT&S roadmap providing both business analysis and project management functions as needed. The candidate will work with the teal to support all phases of the project and software development lifecycles following the existing process framework. The incumbent will consult with the business unit and / or related supporting functions to help complete in depth business analysis leading to the development of an application or function that will solve and automate complex business processes. The incumbent will also work with the IT&S team and business clients to maintain the overall project quality within the planned scope, schedule and cost. This position may need to help research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution for a business need.
