Trader Interactive is hiring an Implementation Specialist.
The position will be responsible for driving and reinforcing the value of our business at every touch point and will manage and maintain the customer relationship — in all aspects — for the initial phase of their relationship with our business. This role is essential as the face of our business and will be responsible for the communication of our value story and dealer education as they onboard and partner in our services.
The successful candidate should possess ability to manage multiple projects, as well as exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, strong computer literacy/software skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience is required. Basic knowledge of the Commercial and Equipment industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Positive reinforcement and retention of our clients and brands through delivery of top notch service.
Provide a thorough understanding Commercial Division website functionality, resources and tools to our customers.
Supporting Sales Teams by communicating potential red flags and dealer engagement metrics during the crucial first four months of their account.
Implementation of account set-up process, adhering to Implementation Checklist and Communication Schedules.
Conduct Account Service and assessments pursuant to Customer Segmentation Service Schedule for all active accounts using Review Checklist resource and log detailed notes and findings in SalesForce .
Ensure timely setup of new accounts and account changes (working with Data Integration for feed setup).
The Implementation Specialist position is based in Norfolk, VA, and reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
