Customer Service Representative
If you like to helping customers, not afraid of suggestive selling, and can problem solve, this may be a fit for you! We are a food distribution company working with a variety of clients in a multi-state area. As a phone-based CSR, you will focus on assisting customers with a range of questions such as product questions, placing orders, assisting with processing credits, helping with identifying delivery dates/times for their location, answering billing questions, and even making outbound calls to existing customers to assist the Outside Sales team. Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills are essential.
Standard work hours are 8am – 5pm, with occasional at-home Sunday afternoon hours. The potential for some flexibility on the start/end time can be considered. Will work until 6pm one night per week to accommodate customers in other time zones, and may work some holidays as needed.
