Customer Service Representative (Administrative)
Rock Dental Brands is an innovative, multi-disciplinary group of practices that will allow you to make an impact on the dental world. We specialize in Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, General Dentistry, and Oral Surgery.
At the Support Center assisting the practices is the foundation of Rock Dental Brands. Without the diligent support from our dedicated home office staff, our practices could not operate as efficiently and effectively as they do. Collaborating as a team, supporting our practices, and celebrating at potlucks are all par for the course in a typical day at the Rock Dental Brands Support Center.
Our customer-oriented service representative will act as a liaison between our practices and our patients and resolve any emerging problems that our patients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Answers incoming calls relating to dental inquiries regarding, but not limited to benefits, claim status, provider information, and eligibility information in a professional, courteous manner.
Determines what inquiries are to be forwarded and/or transferred for more detailed research and assistance.
Schedule patient appointments
Performs routine calls related to adjustments as needed to alleviate the need to transfer requests.
Works routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.
Provides resolution and follow-up for routine Returned Information requests.
Any other duties as assigned
High school diploma or the equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and patient needs.
