F&B Manager (Food Services)
Job Description SummaryThe F&B Manager is expected to manage all aspects of service within the Outlets. He/She will comply with all standards of service and operating procedures. The F&B manager will be instrumental in maintaining concept, beverage menu development and overall guest and employee satisfaction. The F&B Manager will also adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate has a passion for building and leading a highly effective team, for delivering the highest standard of service and the highest quality of food and drinks. The candidate is in tune with current culinary and beverage trends and is able to react to changes in the market quickly. Having demonstrated this passion successfully through professional experience is a must. This position will also require clear communication, motivation skills, productive coaching and precise accountability.
