Hemophilia Treatment Center Program Coordinator (Casual PRN) (Finance)



Nemours is seeking Hemophilia Treatment Center Program Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.

The primary purpose of this administrative position is to provide program coordination and compliance for the Nemours Children's Health Hemophilia Treatment Center. This person serves as a liaison between operations, leadership, and financial operations, other Hem/Onc programs, other pediatric programs, community partners, and the Nemours Children's HTC.

  • Implement and manage programs; evaluate program standards; and coordinate services with other programs based on grant deliverables
  • Attend Regional, National, and International Conferences to maintain and increase knowledge relevant to clinic operations
  • Disseminate patient/family information, staff development material, and community guidance regarding the Bleeding Disorder population and the broader community through outreach
  • Assist others in preparing and interpreting program assessment data
  • Train others in observing and recording patient data especially as relates to federal grant deliverables
  • Plan and implement data management modifications and improvements, including evaluation of reports prepared by others
  • Lead efforts to modify and adapt research methodologies and protocols.
  • Create Epic documentation tools for Hemophilia Treatment Center
  • Mentor others on federal compliance requirements for HTC grant
  • QI Coordination with emphasis on federal grant monitors
  • Assist with the development, planning, and implementation of educational programs
  • Mentor community members regarding available care and awareness of Bleeding Disorders Program
  • Act as liaison among various departments and along care continuum
  • Transition Coordinator for Clinic including transition needs of patients, QI monitoring, goal planning, and coordination or transition program
  • Grant Applications and reporting as applicable
  • HTC Meeting coordination
  • Assist in staff, administrative function oversight as relates to the HTC program
  • Participate in work groups and steering committees at local, regional, national level
  • Assist in planning educational events/activities at the local, regional, and enterprise level for Nemours Children's associates
  • Liaison for various agencies such as BDFNC
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/management/operations or health-related field required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience required.
  • Experience in program coordination, HTC programs and/or bleeding disorders preferred.
