About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager with a consistent track record of leading marketing and creative development processes to execute campaigns and various projects. As the Project Management lead for the City Cruises Marketing team, you will work directly with the Regional & National Marketing teams and partner with creative, digital, sales, legal, F&B, and other teams as needed.
Responsibilities include 1) planning, overseeing, and executing campaign and project timelines from start to finish. 2) managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects are delivered on time with the desired results 3) conducting post-launch analyses to gauge the effectiveness of each process and identify areas of improvement.
Qualities that will make this person successful include: self-starter - able to work independently, action oriented - desire to constantly move forward, influence clearly communicate ideas to and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders, collaboration - develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company, flexibility - adaptability in a fast-paced work environment and analytical – reading, interpreting and developing KPIs and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
