Bilingual Member Service Representative (Transportation)
We are seeking a Bilingual Member Service Representative for the Member Service Center Department.
In a contact center environment, the Bilingual Member Service Representative is accountable for assisting Credit Human members in resolving issues, answering questions and referring Credit Human products and services to meet members' needs and enhance their financial health and well-being. The job incumbent is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes which relate to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating Saturdays 9:00am- 3:00pm
