Program Director (Finance)
Oversight of all treatment planning and implementation.
Personnel management of program staff.
Provision of clinical and administrative supervision.
Management of budgets, contracts, and program resource allocation.
Oversight of quality assurance and improvement related to standards of practice, documentation and compliance with agency and external regulatory organizations policies and procedures.
Relationship development with community members, organizations, stakeholders, and program partners.
Training and development of program staff.
Provide back up to clinician on call and/or cover on call shifts.

Ability to establish, communicate and uphold a clear vision for the program.
Ability to energize and motivate staff to overcome resource barriers in the service of supporting the participants, the program and the agency as well as accomplishing their goals and performance objectives.
Ability to develop and maintain a culture of compassion, inclusion, excellence, accountability, and respect for diversity of thought and opinion.
Ability to track deadlines for self and others and manage projects as well as track and analyze outcomes to further develop and improve program operations and service delivery.
Ability to advocate on behalf of the participants and program within and outside of Fred Finch.
Ability to engage youth in a nonjudgmental, culturally responsive, strength-based manner.

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services operates several comprehensive programs in California, including culturally responsive mental health, housing, education, and independent living services. Qualifications:
1. M.A. or M.S.W. Degree and LCSW or MFT and two (2) years post-licensure experience.
2. Demonstrated understanding of the developmental milestones of children or youth to provide care, treatment, and services, for applicable programs.
3. Demonstrated ability to utilize de-escalation techniques that align with the trauma informed care model as part of intervention strategy for working with participants in crisis who are responding to triggers/stressors and/or demonstrating early indicators of distress.
4. Demonstrated cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families and communities.
5. Must have access to dependable transportation and personal car insurance that meets the minimum liability coverage required for position if driving for work or transporting participants unless using agency vehicle.
6. Clean driving record; current CA Driver's License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire.
7. Basic computer and keyboarding competence with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
1. One or more years of supervisory or program management experience.
2. One or more years post-graduate school experience with program target population (TAY or older adolescents).
3. At least one-year experience with program modality (mobile/community based, assertive community treatment model).
