RN Navigator - Otolaryngology (ENT) - 100%FTE, Day - University Hospital (Healthcare)

We are seeking a RN Navigator to:
Education:
Minimum – Bachelors of Nursing.
Preferred – Masters in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Preferred – One (1) year relevant experience in the specific patient population they are supporting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin. CPR/BLS.
Preferred – Applicable Oncology Certification preferred based on patient population.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule: This is a Day shift position with eight-hour shifts; Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM. No weekends and no holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.
