Director, Actuarial (Administrative)
As AXA Equitable continues its journey to becoming a standalone US public company, we are seeking actuaries to support this exciting and challenging journey, and who will thrive in a fast-changing environment involving one of the most complex product portfolios in the industry.
The Actuarial organization within AXA Equitable has developed a multi-year roadmap, including strengthening the core processes of a standalone company, implementing new regulatory and accounting requirements, and improving our processes and efficiency through greater automation, enabling greater focus on analysis.
We are looking to hire talented actuaries in a multitude of roles across the Actuarial department, including Assumptions, Model Development, Valuation & Projections, Strategic Projects (including Hedging, ALM, Reinsurance, M&A), Process Design & Improvement, and Regulatory and Methodology.
We are focused on talent development and talent mobility. We are looking to hire actuaries who will have the flexibility and ability to be able to fill a number of roles over time as they develop and grow, and as the team focuses on the areas that can add the most value to the company.
