Office Administrator - Division Administration Management (Project Management)
Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. will hire an Office Administration Manager in our Atlanta Division in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Will directly oversee multiple administrative areas for the Commercial and Residential service work we perform for customers: Contracts, Sales Order entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit, Audit and Customer Service. Computer proficient; MS Office Suite is a must and use of an ERP System is a plus.

This position's direct reports include Managers with administrative support staff reporting to them. Manage, train and develop personnel responsible for management and oversite of customer service, sales order entry, contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and billing and will actively learn and participate in performing such areas of responsibilities as necessary. Will directly support Mid and Senior level management with operational objectives and business initiatives.
