About the Company:
The company provides continuous medical monitoring technology to help patients better manage their chronic medical condition. The product platform includes wearable sensor technology, wireless technology, software and mobile apps, and data tools for patients. The company is launching a Shared Services center in Manila to support an incredible growth rate and to better serve its expanding patient base.
Summary:
Assist with the maintenance of quality systems and facilitate continuous quality improvements. This position is responsible assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of a variety of cGMP documentation including complaint files, complaint processing system, Medical Device Reporting, corrective action and preventive actions (CAPA), and maintenance of other related quality system records as required.
Functional Description:
Acts as primary notification and consolidation point for receiving, processing, analyzing and reporting product complaints. Develops and updates company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation of complaints. Maintains and analyzes problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to quality assurance management and product development. Documents and tracks contact information, reported issues and problems in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. May collaborate with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues. May directly answer telephone "hot line" and written or Internet-based inquiries regarding company products.
