Operations Coordinator (Legal)

Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality Case Development projects for clients. The Operations Coordinator is accountable for assigned facets relating to the project and plays a key role in supporting the Case Development teams and communicating with the client on an ad needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers and organizes project data and documents and collaborates with internal teams and external clients to ensure quality of data.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on progress of projects to internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Queues work for teams across multiple systems.
  • Participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal/external resource on assigned projects.
  • Identifies issues and risks of ongoing projects and collaborates with the program manager, clients, and all parties involved to identify solutions.
  • Monitors shared email inbox traffic and queues work/tasks for multiple teams accordingly.
  • Builds effective relationships with clients and agency contacts, leveraging connections to secure additional projects.
  • Ensures that all necessary work has been completed in a timely manner and is consistent with pre-established project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or one to two years equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior relevant work experience.
  • Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, and experience working with a team or project.
  • Must be self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide feedback in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure.
  • Able to adapt to constantly changing environment.
  • Anticipates or identifies problems and develops effective solutions.
  • Strong internal and external client service skills.
  • Able to orchestrate large volumes of data while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical ability.
