We are looking for strong candidates to join our elite team of Production Technicians on our Injection Molding and Direct Blow Fill lines. Ideal candidates for the position will be both dependable and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess both physical and mental agility to manage changing business needs and priorities, all while working safely, and accurately to meet customer expectations and company targets. Prior Injection Molding experience is a plus!
Position starts at $16.75/hr with 80 cents shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift hours. This position works with our Direct Blow Fill Aquafina line and Injection Molding production line.
The schedule is 2 on, 2 off, 3 on followed by 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Which means a 3 day weekend every other week!

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Production Technicians will safely and efficiently perform a variety of duties on PBV's Injection Molding and/or Direct Blow Fill lines, which includes the filler, labeler and packaging equipment for the Aquafina water line.
JOB DUTIES will include:
• Sets up lines in order to operate safe and efficient production runs;
• Perform line changeovers as required to meet production schedule based on package size and/or flavor/color;
• Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the machine operates properly;
• Performs required quality checks and records/reports the results according to standard operating procedure;
• Performs required internal and external sanitation or productions lines according to standard operating procedure;
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing production line experience. Associates Degree preferred. Two (2) years experience with performing light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, and quality checks/controls. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Good computer skills with a basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems are required. The ability to make sound decisions. Must be detailed oriented. Must enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working with numbers and tracking performance results.
Frequently (80%-100%) required to walk and stand. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally (0%-33%) drive a forklift. Must be able to speak and read English.
