Inside Sales - Mortgage Account Manager (Personal Services)
The Account Executive is an intermediate inside sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within the accounts. The Account Executive - Intermediate has primary responsibility for the customer, and must orchestrate other EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.

Contact assigned clients via phone within book of business, and continually prospect for new clients
Virtually build strong relationships to foster and maintain customer/partner trust
Grow customer/partner revenue across the full Equifax solution portfolio
Facilitate and communicate with Equifax resources to deliver customer value and satisfaction
Identify, develop, manage, and close customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions
Engage with buyers, decision-makers and influencers on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions
Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value
Handle customer business reviews, RFI/RFP response, contracting & negotiation, and account strategy & planning activities with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions
Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution - Ensure sales pipeline and account information within client database is accurate
2-5 years of inside sales experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent sales
Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations against revenue goals with inside sales clients
Good executive presentation and communication skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to build and grow key relationships across multiple accounts
Pricing and contract negotiation experience
Solution selling/consulting experience via telephone in an organized and thoughtful manner
Experience working with influencers and decision-makers, including an ability to immediately establish credibility build/maintain those relationships
Strong written and oral communication skills; familiarity/comfort in public speaking
Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and the execution of solution strategies
Ability to manage and execute a robust pipeline
Excellent planning, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage client expectations
Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with other internal EFX sales channels
Ability to accomplish goals and work with little to no supervision
Ability to take ownership of own development by proactively seeking and acting on feedback and demonstrating self-awareness of own strengths and development needs
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
