Inside Sales - Mortgage Account Manager (Personal Services)



The Account Executive is an  intermediate inside sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within the accounts.  The Account Executive - Intermediate has primary responsibility for the customer, and must orchestrate other EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Contact assigned clients via phone within book of business, and continually prospect for new clients

  • Virtually build strong relationships to foster and maintain customer/partner trust

  • Grow customer/partner revenue across the full Equifax solution portfolio

  • Facilitate and communicate with Equifax resources to deliver customer value and satisfaction 

  • Identify, develop, manage, and close customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions

  • Engage with buyers, decision-makers and influencers on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions

  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value

  • Handle customer business reviews, RFI/RFP response, contracting & negotiation, and account strategy & planning activities with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions

  • Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution - Ensure sales pipeline and account information within client database is accurate

Qualifications 

  • 2-5 years of inside sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent sales 

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations against revenue goals with inside sales  clients

  • Good executive presentation and communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to build and grow key relationships across multiple accounts

  • Pricing and contract negotiation experience

  • Solution selling/consulting experience via telephone in an organized and thoughtful manner

  • Experience working with influencers and decision-makers, including an ability to immediately establish credibility build/maintain those relationships

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; familiarity/comfort in public speaking

  • Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and the execution of solution strategies

  • Ability to manage and execute a robust pipeline

  • Excellent planning, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting facilitation skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, manage client expectations

  • Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with other internal EFX sales channels

  • Ability to accomplish goals and work with little to no supervision 

  • Ability to take ownership of own development by proactively seeking and acting on feedback and demonstrating self-awareness of own strengths and development needs

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
