We're looking for:
AFC is seeking an individual who elevates relationships while assisting the AFC Branch locations in delivering our title services to customers (dealers) in an accurate and timely manner. Through frequent contact via multiple contact channels, i.e. electronic, telephone and in person, complete a variety of administrative and customer service tasks aimed at providing a high level of quality assurance. A Central Title Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure accurate and responsive services to internal and external customers.

Educational qualifications:
Some post high school course work in related field is preferred. Strong desire to elevate relationship and be vision-driven through problem solving. Good organizational, clerical and verbal communication skills. Must have proficient numeric ability and reasoning. Telephone, computer literacy, software competencies, specifically standard or custom financial systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Motor vehicle operator (required); notary (desired).
Environmental requirements:
Position requires sitting, standing, walking for extended periods in an office environment with some walking and carrying (files, folders, etc.). Ability to lift to 35 pounds. Preparation or review of documents and reports using pen/pencil, calculator, or keyboard is a major component of the position.
