Support Services Technician (Project Management)
Server administration, including e-mail, print, application and backup servers.
Manage security solutions, including anti-virus/spam, and intrusion detection systems.
Administer network equipment, PC/server hardware and software upgrades.
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform system backups and recovery using BDR and VMware technologies.
Perform server maintenance and timely application of patches and hotfixes.
Administer and Maintain VPN infrastructure.
Recommend, schedule, and perform system improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
Provide remote troubleshooting support in an advisory role to local users.
