Commercial Finance Manager (Finance)

Role Purpose:
Experienced candidate to support Customer agreement activities (global agreements, LTA's, contract terms and conditions etc.) Liaison between Commercial Departments and Manufacturing locations. 2. Global Program Alignment & Assessments (PAA) coordination & implementation with the business units. 3. Customer and market assessments; support Program Management and Business Development Managers to ensure collection of Open Economics items for all Business Units. 4. Support Product Management to ensure financial analysis are performed on all product development activities and updated at each gate. 5. Ensure pricing matrices are current. 6. Prepare consolidated global chemical tracking reporting: Monitor RMI activity and impact on Woodbridge financials. Understand the various Raw Material Agreements with customers and enhance systems to support the commercial finance activities. 6. Maintain global program data in “Saphran” which is to be used as source of truth for annual budget.
