Republic is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work at our Chattanooga, TN location .
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers in-bound calls for assistance from parking patrons who are having difficulties entering and exiting parking facilities or using pay stations. A successful candidate must be customer service oriented, computer savvy and able to handle a busy work environment. Position requires the CSR to communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task. Our call center is responsible for answering calls 24/7/365. Applicants must be extremely reliable and consistently on time. The schedule is as follows: Saturday - Sunday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 2 weekdays 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and regular fill-in shifts (24 hours a week plus fill-in shifts). Pay rate is $12-$14/hour.
