S3 Inc. is seeking an Integrator to support projects on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description : The Integrator will serve as a Program Management Analyst/Integrator for the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles Project Office in direct support of the Performance Management Directorate (PMD). Responsibilities includes direct support to the Office of the Director related to the coordination and synergism of programmatic and technical activities of STORM launcher and munition Configuration/Data Management, Product Assurance, Production Engineering, and Test functions. Activities involve the interface and coordination between functional areas within the STORM Project Office as well as those in outside government agencies, military organizations, and prime contractors. Routinely supports the development and coordination of briefings, executive summaries and communications, weekly activity reports, risk management activities, as well as support to failure review boards, and materiel release functions. Additionally provides coordination support for test events and the development and coordination of exceptions to travel policy as well as support to security related functions for PMD to include that for the SIPR network. Travel will be at 10%.
Experience/Skills Required : Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant functional experience. Must be able to work independently and must be able to independently organize and conduct analyses/research at the task level. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, must have an additional three (3) years of relevant experience for a total of eleven (11) years. Experience in developing functional knowledge of program/task order specific requirements. Demonstrated ability in developing functional requirements for complex projects. Must be proficient in MS office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must have worked in support of a Project Office/ Product office or similar organization as a contractor, civilian, or military officer.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree and eight years of relevant functional experience or a HS diploma and an additional three years of experience for a total of 11 years.
Security Clearance Required: Have an active Secret Clearance.
