Contribute to development of the strategic direction and experience model for UnitedLex's Digital Transformation Office

Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA, JD or other relevant advanced degree preferred
7+ years' experience as an experience strategist, delivering transformational customer experiences
Demonstrated success building digital brands for Fortune 500 companies
Tech savvy, with solid working knowledge of experience design, process design, and prototyping software/tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.)
Recognized industry leader with a strong ability to uncover impactful transformational insights that drive successful business strategies
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability and credibility to foster client trust and buy-in
Team player with proven ability to articulate vision and drive alignment across teams
Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
