Database Coordinator (Finance)

Job Location: PHILADELPHIA - PHILADELPHIA, PA

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $115000.00 Salary

Description

Candidate must apply strong analytical and project management skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to serve a variety of internal data users, drawing insights, generating reports, and providing overall database management in support of business development, executive leadership, and subject matter experts related to supports proposals, key performance indicators, and other related assignments.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and guidance in utilization of VantagePoint software
  • Maintain system databases and report formats
  • Interact with Practice Leaders to find data and enter it into the VantagePoint system appropriately, as well as generate intelligent reports to track and present on key performance indicators
  • Train staff on proper data entry, maintenance, and functionality
  • Maintain QC checklists and control documentation
  • Develop and support proposals, brochures, resumes, project profiles, and other related assignments with data-based information
  • Maintain integrity of information entered into the database
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communication or English
  • Minimum Experience: At least two to five years of database management
  • Preferred Education: B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communication or English

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

NO. 1 thing we need is someone who can work independently - sit and meet with someone and then go get the info that person needs out of the system - as well as think for that person and say here's some other things that might help you out.

  • Field of Expertise: PC platform experience and related software
  • Knowledge of PCs
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to include working with all levels of firm from C-Suite to Project Managers to Field Staff
  • Customer-service mentality is a must
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects

Working Conditions and Requirements:

Office environment: ability to travel to different offices as required. Sedentary work, ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Hybrid position after the on-boarding process of six weeks. Can work based out of our Philadelphia or Cherry Hill offices or a combination of those two locations.
