Dairy and Frozen Food Manager (Food Services)
Dairy Frozen Food Managers are responsible for the overall performance of the department. Duties will include ordering, meeting sanitation standards, meeting and improving sales goals, team member development, and workplace safety. This position also requires a great deal of detail work, precision, physical work, and energy. This position is responsible for maintaining open communication on the status of the department with the Store Directors, Clerks, and Supervisor. Will be expected to set and re-set priorities, distinguish between the urgent and the important, solve problems, hold and reconcile ideas and lead program development as well as advancement strategies from conception through cultivation to completion.
Job Type: Salary position. Must be available weekdays and weekends, various shifts; usually 55 hours a week over 5½ days, but occasionally more to support business surges, vacations, etc. Must be available to adjust schedule to meet business demands.
