Lead ISC Project Management Specialist (Finance)

THE POSITION

As a Lead Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will enable the success of end-to-end supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass supplier pricing analysis in-order to establish and maintain an annual operating plan (AOP) for AT's Government Sourcing Center of Excellence (GCOE). Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Your analytical expertise will be key in dissecting supplier spend data and metrics, to unearth trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. The development and maintenance of cost savings project plans, timelines and budgets will be under your purview, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.As a Lead ISC Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution, optimize processes, and achieve operational excellence.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective exchange of information.
  • US Citizenship due to contractual requirements

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) Procurement Life Cycle
  • Experience with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
  • Procurement, contracting or pricing experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives.
  • Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and influence cross functional teams to ensure successful supplier spend annual operating plan (AOP) project execution
  • Develop and maintain AOP cost savings project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate AOP risks and issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the AOP processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AOP objectives and deliverables
  • Monitor AOP progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards
