Lead Relationship Manager (Finance)

Major Duties:

1. Leverages depth of experience in technology to drive new relationships to the firm.

2. Cultivates and manages deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor and navigating the clients' complex financial needs.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique family dynamics, financial goals and philanthropic aspirations through deep assessment and recapping annually with a client letter.
4. Ensures development and implementation of customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
5. Develops tailored meeting agendas with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium and long term.

6. Reviews individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients; anticipates and creates opportunities for enhancing the client relationships.

7. Places emphasis on relationship building and participates in development of new and integrated solutions to client needs. Brings in experts when appropriate and close the sales. Ensures smooth delivery of new services and communicates emerging needs.

8. Provides financial services to clients, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
9. Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of excellence.
10. Incorporates digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.

Salary Range:
$158,010 - 276,460 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
