Senior Resiliency Specialist (Finance)
What we do:
The Resilience Team is responsible for strengthening the Bank's ability to operate effectively in any environment and help sustain a strong economy for all.
We are looking for a Senior Resilience Specialist, reporting to the Resilience Team Manager, who will work to implement the Banks Resilience Strategy to enhance the ability to anticipate, adapt to, and act decisively in crisis and contingency events. The Senior Resilience Specialist will focus their efforts on understanding and modeling Bank processes to identify opportunities to foster continual improvement and ensure performance during times of stress and shocks. This experienced team member will organize and coordinate activities of a business process modeling team and serve as a facilitator, engaging with experts across businesses to identify, document, assess, and analyze the activities that underpin the Bank's core operations. This effort works in close coordination with other programs to implement the Bank's Resilience Strategy to document processes, identify risks and appropriate mitigation, and test the ability of the Bank to address incidents and crises.
Your role as Senior Resiliency Specialist:
You will plan and lead engagements with businesses across the Bank to develop comprehensive business process models that document how the Bank conducts its core operations and uses its supporting resources. We are looking for experience with document reviews, expert elicitation in structured and unstructured sessions, using specialized software to record and analyze collected data and information, and an ability to associate identified risks with business and information technology architectures. You will focus on facilitating engagements with leadership, and practitioners to identify and examine processes and probe for feedback on optimal performance and addressing contingencies.
