Position Overview

This is a skilled position overseeing the daily operations of the Evans office including assistance with various accounting activities; compiling, creating and updating information; fielding phone calls; assisting employees, officials and manager; scanning, filing and other related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

General Functions/Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, voicemails and emails
  • Pick up, sort, open and distribute mail
  • Data entry
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Organize company functions
  • Cross train to learn and apply other departmental skills and knowledge
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
  • Be on time and fit for duty as outlined in our company policy

Administrative & Finance Functions/Duties

  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Generate purchase order requests as needed
  • Enter material sales tickets into computer system

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is required.

Work Requirements

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
  • Ability to do basic math.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Full Time in-office Schedule 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Must have a current and valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere up to 25 lbs.
