JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the team to review, research and follow-through process for Reg E, maintain data analysis for weekly and monthly reports. Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, regulatory and risk requirements as related to Reg E Dispute Resolution for debit cards, credit cards and ACHs.
