Summary:

  • We are seeking a Recruiter to acquire new talent for our rapidly growing company. You will be part of an inhouse recruiting team with the responsibility to source, recruit, and staff contract vacancies.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for tracking all vacant positions across contracts
  • Review and analyze resumes to ensure they meet contractual requirements
  • Perform initial candidate screening to validate contractual requirements
  • Coordinates with Program Managers/Site Leads to schedule technical interviews
  • Augment your recruiting by working with outside firms and staffing agencies to identify new talent
  • Coordinates with the other corporate recruiter to prioritize and fill vacancies
  • When a candidate is selected, coordinates with other departments to move candidate through onboarding process
  • Coordinates with Contracts Department when vacancies occur and updates vacant position tracker

Requirements:

  • Two (2)+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience/knowledge of Information Technology & Business Operations preferred
