Project Manager-Large Security Systems Integration Projects-Travel Required (Agriculture)



DH Pace Company, aspires to hire a Traveling Project Manager who will join our Commercial Security Systems Integration team located in Tempe, Arizona location. You will be responsible for managing large nationwide projects for the following products and services: Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, Emergency Phones/Mass Notification, and Parking Revenue Systems. This individual will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
  • Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
  • Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shooting
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
  • Responsible for financial success of projects

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Project Management and Estimating experience preferred
  • Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience
  • Must have proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must
  • Travel required up to 50-75%
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License
