Knowledge Management Lead Analyst - Work from Home - Accredo (Creative Design)



As a Knowledge Management (KM) Lead Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for providing specialized support and administration for the enterprise's various knowledge resources and platforms. You will gather and document requirements for new/revised processes developed by the KM and Learning & Development teams and will be responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of the knowledge management practice and portfolio. This role will have accountability for ensuring that proposed solutions meet business strategies while effectively integrating knowledge management goals.

In this role, you will make an impact on our Specialty Pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by:

  • Authoring and publishing technical documentation to online knowledge management portals
  • Establishing and maintaining internal documentation as business needs evolve or features are added including testing and implementing related software updates and upgrades
  • Providing technical support, managing and tracking issues, and implementing resulting solutions while partnering with internal and external technology teams
  • Maintaining awareness of new platform and software developments, leading key KM initiatives among authoring the team, and sharing knowledge and best practices with others
  • Reviewing user feedback and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to identify priorities for content enhancements, process changes, methodology updates, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluating business processes for potential improvement including writing, structure, and presentation, while providing feedback to peers in support of improvement efforts
  • Maintaining style guides, taxonomies, metadata, tagging and general MadCap Flare project upkeep
  • Leveraging analytics and reporting to find and fix technical issues, improve content quality, and share learnings and information with business partners

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • High School diploma required, advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience working within knowledge management and KMS authoring tools
  • 2+ years' technical writing experience
  • MadCap Flare experience required, and certification preferred
  • Information mapping experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to lead, resolve conflict, and drive consensus among individuals across a variety of business groups
  • Proven project management skills with full ownership from analysis to implementation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues

We expect this role to be fully virtual, work from home, and have a shift/schedule that falls primarily within Monday - Friday, normal business hours, or as business needs dictate.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $62,700 - $104,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
