Director, Child Sponsorship Operations, US Programs & Advocacy (Architecture)
Summary
The Director, Child Sponsorship, U.S. Program and Advocacy, oversees all sponsorship operations ensuring that all standards are made in compliance with Save the Children policies and procedures. The Director is responsible for developing strategy and delivering desired outcomes to achieve larger division and agency goals. This role supervises a high-performing team of Managers, Specialists and Assistants tasked with national sponsorship operations, development and sustainability projects and responsible for information and correspondence management, GSO coordination and reporting, state growth and donor development, implementing sustainability projects and building capacity in partner communities.

What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
Create and Implement USP Sponsorship strategy and ensure desired outcomes are reached.
Oversee Sponsorship Operational and Programmatic Excellence
Oversee the Creation of Acquisition Channels and Improve Marketing
Develop, Support and Monitor State-based CIMP and Annual Family Update goals
Develop and Lead a High-performing Team
Asset Collection and Communications Stream
