Resident Services Coordinator (Personal Services)
The RSC position is responsible for conducting community assessments to determine client needs and coordinating and facilitating service delivery in the areas of Education, Health and Wellness, Financial Capability and Community Building and Engagement. Programs may include but are not limited to client intake and action planning, lite-touch case management, crisis intervention, adult literacy, feeding programs, health screenings and on-site health care services, green education, employment readiness, financial capability, assistance securing benefits and entitlements, resident activities and community events. Additionally, RSC actively building and maintaining partnerships with community agencies, universities, government, business leaders, law enforcement and communities of faith to ensure CHP's clients' access to needed support and services. The RSC is responsible for compliance and maintaining data on program activities and outcomes as well as all on-time reporting to grantors and funding sources.
The ideal candidate should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, stellar customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse residents, co-workers and community partners. Proficient with internet research, Microsoft Office suite. Extensive knowledge of community resources to support and sustain residents' self-sufficiency and stability. Should be able to work independently as well as to work within a team-oriented environment.
The compensation for this 20 hour per week position includes generous paid vacation/sick leave, 403b retirement plan with company match and more.
