Project Assistant (Legal)

Project Assistant
Under the general direction of supervising attorney(s) and/or paralegal(s) and according to established Firm policies and procedures, the Project Assistant is responsible for performing clerical tasks and providing assistance in the areas of secure lending transactions. Primary responsibilities will include ensuring payment in a timely manner of all invoices incurred by the Private Credit Department. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in the preparation and distribution of closing books. The Project Assistant maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters.

Client billable hour requirement: 750 hours annually (62.5 client billable hours average per month).
