- Previous experience in an office setting or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus
