RFP & Sales Support Specialist (Finance)

The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations in the Sales - Health & Benefits Department. This role is responsible for providing sales support, market analysis and prospecting assistance to sales teams and leadership to drive growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. Manages complex proposal RFP (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL) generation with appropriate areas of the organization. Leads the appraisals/reviews and identifies missing information and compiles questions, investigates, and resolves issues. Generates, oversees, and completes complex proposals, questionnaires, and RFP requests by collaborating with colleagues across the organization, and with our external partners and clients. Leads proposal appraisal and review activities, identifies missing information, compiles questions, and investigates and resolves proposal issues. The ability to personally manage various priorities and meet deadlines, or achieve work requirements ahead of schedule, is a must. The importance of service excellence for our internal and external partners amidst a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is critical for overall success in this role.
