OPEN:
Prepares fresh donuts following the donut production sheet completed by the FBM.
Stocks donut case and bakery areas with freshly prepared donuts.
Turns on display case and allows base to fill with water for moist product holding.
Prepares breakfast gravy and grits according to recipes in the Operations Manual.
Set-up steam well for gravy and grits with 2" of water. Cover product and insert designated ladle or spoon.
Open sandwich station for breakfast sandwich assembly. Open lid, remove product lids, make sure all condiments, toppings, and utensils are present for proper station operation.
Prepare breakfast menu items for grab 'n go display, following the hourly product production sheet completed by the FBM. Use the sandwich build charts for sandwich and cup assembly.
Have sandwiches available in the grab 'n go display for opening time.
MID-SHIFT:
Maintain grab 'n go display levels throughout breakfast following the hourly production sheet completed by the FBM. Use the sandwich build charts for sandwich and cup assembly.
Prepare custom, fresh grab-and-go foods as ordered.
Transition from breakfast menu to lunch menu at time designated by FBM.
Prepare lunch menu items for grab 'n go display, following the hourly product production sheet completed by the FBM. Use the sandwich build charts for sandwich assembly.
Maintain grab 'n go display levels throughout lunch and dinner meal periods following the hourly production sheet completed by the FBM. Use the sandwich build charts for sandwich assembly.
Accurately maintain all production sheets, temperature, and waste logs.
Clean and refill toppings and condiments in sandwich make table as needed, and at the end of a meal period.
Regularly maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all equipment and work areas.
Prepares all breakfast and lunch ingredients for use the following day. Slack biscuits, breakfast meats, and eggs. Prepares breakfast wrap mix. Portions snack items and sandwich ingredients for the following day.
CLOSE:
Turn off display case; allow water to drain from base.
Refrigerate all food that may be reused the following day. Properly store food, allowing for quick cooling, and label with MUD sticker to indicate expiration of the reusable product.
Record and dispose of any product waste.
Close sandwich make station. Rotate and refill toppings and condiments into clean pans or squirt bottles. Cover all food products and label with MUD sticker to indicate expiration date.
Restock all paper products for the following days use.
Clean display case, steam pans and holding cabinet. Replace empty or dirty pans with clean pans.
Proper handling of all ingredients, including cold and hot foods, according to company sanitation and preparation standards.
Receive, store, and replenish dry, perishable, and ambient product.
Regularly maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all equipment, customer purchase points, and work areas.
Accurately maintain all production sheets, temperature, and waste logs.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Follow all Spinx safety and security initiatives.
Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Spinx Policy Manual, training materials, and other publications.
Provide a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Communicate with management regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.
Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Ensure safe working conditions by maintaining a clean and organized store.
Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
Receive, store, and replenish dry, perishable, and ambient product.
Regularly maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all equipment, customer purchase points, and work areas.
Accurately maintain all production sheets, temperature, and waste logs.
Proper and timely communication to supervisor regarding equipment issues, supply needs, and daily par levels.
Efficiently perform various job functions as needed throughout the department.
