Implementing the three systems over the next few years will introduce significant change not only within the Financial Management, Human Resources, and Procurement businesses, but also in other departments that interface with these businesses and more broadly to employees across the Bank.
The leader will be responsible for seeing the programs through to completion, guiding and ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by each initiative's national program leaders; overseeing the local program scope, schedule and budget; preparing for and facilitating change management; and providing direction to program managers and subject matter experts who are managing the local activities for each initiative.
